Founded in 2012 by longtime Vienna resident and Fairfax County native, Steve Jreige, Vienna Development Alliance (VDA) is a boutique real estate development firm focused exclusively on the Vienna, Virginia market. By putting the interests of the Town and its residents at the forefront of its mission, VDA helps to ensure that Vienna will evolve and grow in a manner that preserves its status as one of the most highly regarded towns in the country.

Initially, VDA was focused on financing and oversight of its residential construction projects, while utilizing third-party General Contractors to manage the day to day construction. However, in 2015, Steve decided a more hands-on approach would be most conducive to achieving VDA's mission, and therefore leveraged the construction experience he had attained over years and secured his own Class A General Contractor's License (VA #2705158626).

Today, Steve's aptitude for construction along with his eye for residential design shine through in every home VDA produces. By popular demand, VDA has also ventured in to custom home building, engaging with property owners to build the home of their dreams. Whether spec or custom; whether buying or selling, VDA continues to stay true to it's original mission and looks forward to doing so for many years to come.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

We're often asked about our name, and sometimes it's hard to put a finger on the meaning. Here are some examples of situations that capture the essence of "Vienna Development Alliance".

Cottage Street Sidewalk Improvement

On our 704 Cottage project, we went ahead and installed a sidewalk. Not because the Town required us to, and not because our buyer requested it. We did it because it's in line with the Town's overall plan to create a more pedestrian-friendly environment, and we believe that is the right thing to do. The Town will eventually tie the sidewalk they're building on Cottage St into our sidewalk, and this will help accelerate their plan to take the sidewalk all the way to Maple Avenue.

Vienna Little League Fence Repair and Tree Removal

When the Vienna Little League Board needed this massive tree removed from Rhodes field ASAP, they turned to Vienna Development Alliance. Less than 24 hours from the Board contacting us, we had our guy, Fidel, and his crew from ADM working on the tree removal. They are also taking down multiple other trees on the Yeonas Park property that pose an immediate danger to the Park and its neighbors. Another example of what the name Vienna Development Alliance means and values.

Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Training Exercises

On certain projects we have been able to make accommodations for Fairfax County Fire and Rescue to perform training on the tear down unit prior to demo.
